Here's a list of upcoming events for August 6-12. 

Mid-Week Gathering - Wednesday, August 8 - 5:30-7:30

Meal at 5:30 followed by prayer meeting (for adults and older HBC youth) at 6:15. Heritage Kids will resume for the 2018-19 school year on August 15, along with middle school girls (led by Rachael Lynn) and middle school boys Bible studies (led by Jason Houston). 

Brescia Student Outreach Dinner - Thursday, August 9 - 5pm

This Thursday at 5:00 PM we'll be welcoming 50 young men and women athletes from Brescia University. Many of these athletes are new international students - including two from Novi Sad, Serbia. (Dwayne and Kimberly Baldwin had fellowship with both, encouraging them to try burgoo!) If you could help serve the catered meal in the HCS cafeteria, or help Jim Gauley with activities after the meal in the gym, please text or call Tom Pope at 270 929-0527.  Even if you can't come to help, just drop by and meet these students. Welcome them to the loving fellowship of HBC! 

College-Career Group - Friday, August 10, 7:00pm

The College/Career Group meets weekly. 

REACH Leadership Meeting - Saturday, August 11, 9am-12pm

This Saturday is our annual Reach planning meeting - to prep and plan out for the year together. Ladies, our summer women's class continues this Sunday in the nursing mom's room upstairs.

We will continue our sermon series through the life of Joseph. This week, we will look at Genesis 48.

HBC CareNet August Baby Bottle Campaign

Thank you to the many families and individuals who picked up baby bottles yesterday! We still have a few remaining on the table in the lobby. Please fill those up with cash/change this month and return them to HBC on August 26. As you saw in the video yesterday, your contributions really do make a difference!

Grace Marriage Coaching - August 11 and August 25

Please be in prayer for our upcoming Grace Marriage sessions. Ask the Lord to strengthen HBC marriages for a greater display of His glory in the gospel and the joy of our families. Our groups will be meeting on August 11 and August 25. 

Ladies Prayer Meeting - August 13, 12:00pm

Join our ladies prayer meeting at 12pm in the lobby nursery. 

REACH Titus Talk - August 20, 6:30-8:30pm

We are starting back our monthly Titus Talks this month! Please make plans to join us on Monday 8/20 at 6:30 pm at Kim Withrow's home. One of our HBC ladies will share her testimony, we'll have some snacks, and a chance to fellowship and check in with each other.
