Midwest Center for Theological Studies

MCTS exists to provide theological education and pastoral training in the context of a local church.  Resident students “breathe the air," observe the functions of church life and cultivate their skills through hands on ministries.  Our goal is to combine the best of seminary education with intense, strategic pastoral mentoring.  All of our professors have PhDs and are published.  Most of them are experienced pastors.  We are presently in the process of obtaining accreditation.  In the meantime, our students have the option of transferring their credits to one or more well-known, reputable seminaries in the United States and Canada.  MCTS also offers a Track II program for men and women who simply want to grow in their knowledge of God’s word and theology.  Such students have the option of auditing classes.  All of our courses are available on the web for distance learners and may also be taken via DVD or livestream.  Our seminary is blessed to be governed by a wise, godly board of directors, each member of which is presently serving the Lord in the pastorate.
