Join Pastor Keith Maddy as he walks section-by-section through the Bible each week. This class, which meets in the HBC Learning Center, features an in-depth visual presentation and lively discussion each week.

"Church History for Everyone" - Sunday, May 1 - 9:30-10:15 

Our HIBS (Heritage Institute of Biblical Studies) class continues this Sunday in the HCS Chapel. It will run from March-May for 13 weeks and will be taught by Pastor Thad with some other guest teachers along the way. Join us for what promises to be a rich overview of the last two centuries of Christ's power in building His global family. 

Sunday Morning Worship  - Sunday, May 1 10:30-12:00 

We will gather to sing, pray, read Scripture and hear God's word preached. Pastor Mark will be preaching.

Communion Service - Sunday, May 1 - 5:00-6:30pm

We will have our monthly communion service in the evening on May 1. Pastor Keith Maddy will bring the devotional and Pastor Keith Withrow will lead our service.  

Heritage Kids Bake Sale - Sunday, May 1 After AM Worship

Immediately following AM worship on Sunday, May 1, Heritage Kids will be hosting a church-wide bake sale to help with costs for camp this summer. Come hungry!

5th Street VBS Information & Planning Meeting - Sunday, May 1 After AM Worship

There will be a 5th Street VBS information and planning meeting upstairs immediately following worship on Sunday, May 1.

The National Day of Prayer will take place the first Thursday in May. A complete schedule of events is available on the nursery desk in the lobby. 

CareNet Baby Bottle Campaign - Starts May 12

Beginning on Mother's Day (May 12) and running through Father's Day (June 19), we will hold our annual CareNet Baby Bottle Campaign. Bottles will be availabe on the nursery desk beginning May 12. Over the six weeks, fill the bottles with cash and change and return them on June 19. All money raised will go to support the work and ministry of CareNet Owensboro.
