NOTE: There will be no Heritage Kids or Middle School Bible Studies this week because of Fall Break. These ministries will resume next week. 

HBC Fall Break Family Campout - October 11-12

The 5th Annual Family Campout is quickly approaching on Friday, Oct 11. 

Here are some details:

• Camping on HBC soccer field
• Possible hay rides, games, cornhole
• Bonfire!
• Saturday morning pancake and sausage breakfast!
• Food is provided by HBC. 
• Bring your own drinks and snacks
• Bring your tent, chairs, and other camping equipment
• Weather permitting.  If it rains, we may just set the tents up in the gym so the kids still get to run around and have some fun.  I checked the church calendar and the gym is open Friday night and Saturday Morning. 

Suggested items to bring: 

• Headlamp to see at night
• Hot dog cooking sticks
• Flashlight
• 4 wheeler or camper
• Corn hole boards
• Glow sticks

Several have responded and plan to attend.  If you plan to come, let BB know asap for an accurate headcount on food.

Sunday Morning Worship - Sunday, October 13 - 10:30-12:00

This Sunday, we will conclude our "Missions Month." Pastor Keith Maddy will be preaching on "Our Partnerships in Missions: Supporting Indigineous Workers."  

Connect Lunch - Sunday, October 13 - 12:00pm

Our Connect Lunch for guests and those not yet in a community group will be held in the fellowship hall this Sunday immediately following the morning worship gathering. 

Upcoming Events:

New Members Class - October 20-November 24

We will be holding our fall new members class on October 20-November 24. The class will meet for six consecutive Sundays from 9:30-10:15 in the HBC Learning Center library. 

Women's Sunday School Class - October 20-December 15

Our annual ladies Sunday school class is set to begin soon. We will be studying Paul's letter to the Colossians.
